Connect to fibre - $250 Prezzy card offer

 

  1. Enable Networks Limited (Enable) is promoting the move to Fibre Broadband by current HFC customers through a Prezzy Card reward promotion (the Promotion). Upon satisfactory completion of the required criteria contained in these terms (the Promotion Criteria) the participating end-user (the Participant) will be eligible to receive one $250 Prezzy card per household (the Reward). These terms and conditions (Terms) shall apply to the Promotion and the Reward and participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance by a Participant of these Terms.
  2. The Promotion will start on 12 October 2020 and close at midnight on 6 November 2020.  However, a Participant may have until 6 December 2020 to place an order (as per clause 3(c) below) and will still be entitled to the Reward if an order is placed by 6 December 2020 and fibre broadband is subsequently installed at the Participant’s premises as per clause 3(d) below.
  3. To be eligible to receive the Reward, a Participant must fulfill all of the following Promotion Criteria to Enable’s reasonable satisfaction:
    • The Participant provides their details to a member of the Enable Door to Door Team (D2D) with the intent of moving to Enable Fibre Broadband.
    • The Participant is able to provide confirmation to Enable of the use of HFC equipment at their premises. This may be fulfilled through;
      • The Participant supplying photographic evidence (or allowing the D2D member access to take a photo) of the HFC equipment at their premises; or
      • The Participant providing a copy (or allowing the D2D member to take a photo) of their HFC bill.
    • An order being placed by the Participant for Fibre Broadband with the Participant’s relevant retail service provider within 30 days of the initial D2D visit to the Participant’s premises, and –
    • Fibre Broadband being installed at the Participant’s premises.
  4. An offer to participate in the Promotion will be made by a D2D member directly to the Participant during a visit to the Participant’s property and will be confirmed in writing to the Participant following such visit.
  5. Once the Promotion Criteria is met, the Reward will be delivered in person by a D2D member or sent to the Participant in the mail. Enable and its related companies, employees, officers and agents take no responsibility for any Rewards that may be lost during the postal process or for any incorrect, illegible or other unsuccessful attempts to participate.
  6. The Fibre Broadband order must be made with the consent and details of an adult where a Participant is less than 18 years of age on the basis these Terms are binding on that adult.
  7. Enable reserves the right to cancel the Promotion at any time at its sole discretion but on the basis that the Promotion Criteria has not yet been met for that particular Participant. In the event of such cancellation, Enable may elect not to award any of the Rewards.
  8. The Promotion is not open to employees and contractors of Enable or employees of Enable’s internet service providers.
  9. Enable and its related companies, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss and irrespective of how the loss or damage was caused including due to Enable’s negligence) suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion or in connection with the Reward, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Enable and its related companies, officers, employees and agents will not be liable to perform any of its obligations under the Promotion or in respect of the Rewards where it is unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control and shall not be liable to compensate the Participant in such circumstances.
  10. Any personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be held by Enable and its related companies solely for the purpose of the Promotion and as set out in these Terms. Participants have rights to access any personal information about them held by Enable, and to request that a correction be made to that information.

  12. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
