If you live in a standalone property, on its own section, and do not require neighbour or landlord consent, you can now book your own appointments with Enable using ConnectMe, our new online self-service system.
If you fit the above criteria, we’ll send you a unique URL link to ConnectMe once we’ve received your fibre broadband order from your internet service provider – and you can plan and book your own appointments in just a few clicks.

Yes! All you need to do is contact your preferred internet service provider and place a new order for Enable fibre broadband – and we’ll start the process again.

We have thousands of addresses in our system and often classify addresses conservatively. Sometimes this can mean your property is incorrectly classified as needing consent from a neighbour or building owner.
