Now it’s even easier to connect to fibre broadband

You told us you want to book your own Plan and Connect appointments online, at a time that suits you – and we listened.

If you live in a standalone property, on its own section, and don't require neighbour or landlord consent, you can now book your own appointments with Enable using ConnectMe, our new online self-service system.

If you fit the above criteria, we’ll send you a unique URL link to ConnectMe once we’ve received your fibre broadband order from your internet service provider – and you can plan and book your own appointments in just a few clicks.

ConnectMe is part of our continual efforts to improve the experience of connecting to Enable fibre broadband.

ConnectMe FAQs

Can I still book my appointments over the phone to a real person?

Yes! Our Customer Services team on 0800 434 273 are happy to book your Plan and Connect appointments over the phone.

I want to book my appointments online, but nothing in your email or text message gives me this option.

ConnectMe is only available for customers who live in a standalone property, on its own section, without the need for neighbour or landlord consent. The good news is that we’ve recently set up a dedicated team to assist customers in this situation, and you'll be contacted directly by one of our team to start the connection process.

I previously cancelled my fibre connection because I couldn’t find appointment times that suited. Can I get fibre now?

Yes! All you need to do is contact your preferred internet service provider and place a new order for Enable fibre broadband – and we’ll start the process again.

Can I choose my preferred contractor on ConnectMe?

ConnectMe allocates contractors to customers automatically, however, if you’d like to choose a particular contractor, please call us on 0800 434 273 and we’ll be happy to help.

I live in a standalone house on its own section, and I don’t require any consent, why is ConnectMe not available?

We have thousands of addresses in our system and often classify addresses conservatively. Sometimes this can mean your property is incorrectly classified as needing consent from a neighbour or building owner. If this is the case, call us on 0800 434 273 to start the connection process.
