Business Consents Information

Occasionally we need the consent of some additional parties before we can connect your business to fibre broadband.

If your business property is accessed by a shared driveway, is in a multi-owner site or building or your premises is leased, consent is needed before a fibre installation can be completed.

If your business is up a shared driveway, we’ll need consent from the owner of each property that has a legal entitlement to use the accessway. If it's in a multi-owner site or building, or your site is leased, we’ll need consent from the building owners or the owners’ authorised agents.

The consents will allow us to:

  • assess what work needs to be done in order to install our fibre broadband infrastructure and equipment at the property;
  • install the required network infrastructure and equipment;
  • maintain and service our network and equipment as required; and
  • install infrastructure and equipment to other properties covered by the consent in the future.

If the consent process cannot be advanced within 90 days of a fibre broadband service being ordered, we will contact you to discuss cancelling the order.
