Network outages

 

There are currently no outages on our fibre network.



Sometimes issues with your internet connection can be resolved with an equipment reboot. We recommend trying the following steps:

  • Turn off your fibre box (also known as the Optical Network Terminal, or ONT).
  • Turn off your modem.
  • Turn your fibre box back on and wait until both the Power and PON (Passive Optical Network) lights are green.
  • Turn your modem back on.
