To get fibre installed to your home first we need to complete a free on property plan. We’ll discuss with you the best methods of how we can bring fibre from the boundary and into your home, and we’ll provide you with a no obligation quote to complete this work.

We're making a substantial investment in extending our network to new areas and we aim to provide a no-charge fibre installation option to as many properties as possible.
As we extend our fibre network outside of our existing UFB area, we may need to charge for fibre installations. Whether charges will apply to your property will be determined after we conduct a free on property plan.
During your on-property Plan appointment, we’ll walk you through the benefits of digging your own trench for your home fibre installation. It’s a great way to manage the work on your property and save on costs. Plus, for a limited time, you could be rewarded with up to $600 in eGift cards!
Why Self-Trenching?
The value of your eGift card and eligibility are determined by the extent of trenching required and will be confirmed during your on-site Plan appointment by an Enable Technician.

If your home is down a shared driveway, there is work required in the communal accessway to bring fibre to your property. We’ll need to gain consent from all the other residents down your driveway before getting underway.
If this applies to you, you’ll receive a separate letter in the mail regarding consent.
