*Enable has increased the speed of some of its fibre broadband services from 1 December, 2021. Residential customers on 30Mbps(download)/10Mbps(upload) services will move to 50/20 and those on 100/20, 200/100, and 200/20 will move to 300/100. Business customers on 30/10 will move to 50/50, those on 100/100 will move to 300/300 and those on 200/200 will move to 1Gbps/500Mbps. Those business plans with a Committed Information Rate (CIR) of 2.5/2.5 will also change to 5/5. Although Enable will upgrade the speeds of its services, the actual speed customers experience will be subject to your internet service provider making changes in their network and your in-premise equipment (e.g. router) may need to be updated to support the new speeds. Enable is not increasing the cost to internet service providers for the speed upgrade. The retail price is determined by your internet service provider.
