1. This promotion is organised by Enable Networks Limited (Enable). It offers each of five (5) winners a $500 eGift Card (eGift Card) and a $500 donation to a charity of each winner’s choice from a list of provided below (Charitable Donation) (the Promotion). For the purposes of these Terms, the eGift Card and Charitable Donation together constitute the “Prize”.
2. To be eligible for entry into the Promotion, the participant must have an active Enable fibre broadband connection, must have been advised by Enable via electronic direct mail (eDM) that they are eligible to be part of the Promotion, and must remain on an active Enable fibre broadband connection at the date of the draw.
3. The Promotion runs from Thursday, 11 December 2025 at 12am to Thursday, 18 December 2025 at 11:59pm inclusive (the Promotion Period).
4. These terms and conditions (Terms) shall apply to the Promotion and the Prize . Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms by a participant.
5. Participants will be advised that they are eligible to enter the Promotion via Enable’s electronic direct mail (eDM) sent on Thursday, 11 December 2025. To enter the Promotion, participants must provide a valid name and the email address that received the eDM through the webform linked in the eDM (Eligible Entry)
6. Only one entry is allowed per participant. Entries received after the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
7. The draw will take place on Friday, 19 December 2025. Five (5) winners will be randomly drawn from Eligible Entries and winners notified by email.
8. Each winner will have the opportunity to have Enable make one Charitable Donation to one of the charities listed below on their behalf. Participants have the opportunity to select a charity on the webform when entering the Promotion, and if they are drawn as winner, the Charitable Donation will be made to that chosen charity on their behalf on the date of the prize draw. The list of eligible charities is as follows:

- Age Concern Canterbury
- Big Brothers Big Sisters of New Zealand
- Purapura Whetū
9. The eGift Card is not transferable,not exchangeable for cash and cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other incentive being offered under another Enable Promotion.
10. Enable's decision in relation to any part of the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, illegible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. Enable will take no responsibility for late entries or entries not received.
11. Enable reserves the right to cancel the Promotion at any time at its sole discretion. In the event of such cancellation, Enable may elect not to offer any Prizes.
12. The Promotion is open to all Canterbury residents aged 18 years and over. The Promotion is not open to employees and contractors of Enable or employees of Enable's internet service providers.
13. Enable and its related companies, employees, officers and agents take no responsibility for incorrect, illegible or other unsuccessful attempts to enter the Promotion.
14. The participants may be required to participate in a photo, video and/or film session and the Participants acknowledge that Enable has the right to use such publicity photos, videos and/or films in any medium and in any reasonable manner it sees fit for a period of up to two years from the date the Promotion ends. However, a Participant has the option to decline to be involved in the Promotion should he or she not agree to the publicity provisions of this clause. Enable shall be entitled to withhold the Prizes in this circumstance.
15. The participants agree not to publicise their involvement in the Promotion, the fact that the participant has received any Prize or any information relating to Enable or its related companies without Enable’s prior written consent.
16. Enable and its related companies, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss and irrespective of how the loss or damage was caused including due to Enable’s negligence) suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion or in connection with the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Enable and its related companies, officers, employees and agents will not be liable to perform any of its obligations under the promotion or in respect of the Prizes where it is unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control and shall not be liable to compensate the participant in such circumstances.
17. Any personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be held by Enable and its related companies for the purpose of the Promotion, Enable’s own market research and direct marketing and as set out in these Terms unless otherwise directed by participants at the time of entry. Participants have rights to access any personal information about them held by Enable, and to request that a correction be made to that information.
18. Enable does not accept any liability in relation to the provision of goods and performance of services by the third-party eGift card company.
19. This Promotion is not being run in affiliation with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of the selected charities.
