More than 80 Christchurch schools have contracted Enable Networks to deliver them ultrafast broadband in the fastest growing and most advanced education network in New Zealand.
Fast growing Christchurch fibre operator Enable Networks has declared its readiness for the Government’s ultra-fast broadband initiative.
Canterbury District Health Board has chosen local fibre specialist Enable Networks to provide fibre connections to its 20 Christchurch locations – a move that will drastically improve ICT capability and reduce costs for the healthcare provider.
Christchurch-based fibre optic company, Enable Networks, has produced after tax profit growth of 235% compared to normalised profit in the previous year, it reported at its AGM today.
Over 50,000 homes, businesses and schools across Christchurch, Rolleston, Lincoln, Prebbleton, Templeton, Rangiora, Kaiapoi and Woodend have made the switch to fibre broadband.
Enable Networks has awarded a contract to Transfield Services to be its civil construction partner for Christchurch’s Ultra-Fast Broadband (UFB) network.
