Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. The promotion is organised by Enable Networks Limited (Enable) to offer an opportunity to win an eGift Card to customers who reconnect to Enable fibre broadband after moving house (the Promotion).
2. The Promotion runs from Tuesday 29th April 2025 at 12am to Saturday 31st May 2025 at 11:59pm inclusive (the Promotion Period).
3. These terms and conditions (Terms) shall apply to the Promotion and the eGift Card and acceptance of the eGift Card is deemed acceptance of these Terms by a participant.
4. To be eligible for entry into the Promotion, the participant must have had an existing Enable fibre connection at their previous property, and have reconnected to Enable's network at their new property within two months of the termination date of their previous property's connection and within the Promotion Period (Eligible Customer).
5. All installation work must have been completed at the new property and the connection must be active for the property to be deemed to be connected.
6. The Eligible Customers must enter the Promotion through the webform provided as part of the digital campaign.
7. A prize draw will be undertaken for each calendar month within the Promotion Period. Eligible Customers who connect to fibre during a calendar month will be entered into the draw for that month. For example, Eligible Customers connecting in May will qualify for the May prize draw.
8. If a customer's connection is not confirmed by Enable during the month of their submission, their details will be re-checked the following month(s) to determine if they qualify for a later prize draw.
9. There is a 1x $1,000 eGift Card available (The eGift Card(s)) in each prize draw. One successful recipient will be drawn randomly at the end of each calendar month within the Promotion Period from the Eligible Customers who have met the entry requirements above. The eGift Card will be sent to the successful Eligible Customer's email address as supplied on the webform.
10. The eGift Card is not transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
11. The eGift Card offered under this Promotion cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other incentive being offered under another Enable promotion.
12. The eGift Card can only be claimed once per Eligible Customer.
13. Enable's decision in relation to any part of the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, illegible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. Enable will take no responsibility for late entries or entries not received.
14. Enable reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any time at its sole discretion. In the event of such cancellation, Enable may elect not to offer any eGift Cards.
15. The Promotion is open to call Canterbury residents aged 18 years and over. The Promotion is not open to employees and contractors of Enable or employees of Enable's internet service providers.
16. Enable and its related companies, employees, officers and agents take no responsibility for incorrect, illegible or other unsuccessful attempts to enter the Promotion.
17. The participants may be required to participate in a photo, video and/or film session and the Participants acknowledge that Enable has the right to use such publicity photos, videos and/or films in any medium and in any reasonable manner it sees fit for a period of up to two years from the date the Promotion ends. However, a Participant has the option to decline to be involved in the Promotion should he or she not agree to the publicity provisions of this clause. Enable shall be entitled to withhold the eGift Card in this circumstance.
18. The participants agree not to publicise their involvement in the promotion, the fact that the Participant has received an eGift Card or any information relating to Enable or its related companies without Enable’s prior written consent.
19. Enable and its related companies, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss and irrespective of how the loss or damage was caused including due to Enable’s negligence) suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion or in connection with the eGift Card, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Enable and its related companies, officers, employees and agents will not be liable to perform any of its obligations under the promotion or in respect of the eGift Cards where it is unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control and shall not be liable to compensate the participant in such circumstances.
20. Any personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be held by Enable and its related companies for the purpose of the Promotion, Enable’s own market research and direct marketing and as set out in these Terms unless otherwise directed by participants at the time of entry. Participants have rights to access any personal information about them held by Enable, and to request that a correction be made to that information.
21. Enable does not accept any liability in relation to the provision of goods and performance of services by the third-party eGift card company.

23. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
